Question about Coach Shoes

I bought a pair of brown suede Coach heels. The soles of the shoes are a dark brown leather. After wearing them once, the brown leather on the soles wore away in spots, leaving ugly white marks. I wouldn't care except some of the marks are near the tip of the shoe and kind of on the side so you can see it if that makes sense. Is this what's supposed to happen? Was I supposed to put some kind of protection on the soles? If I was, can I put anything on them now?

I would bring them to the store and ask them this question. They will probably offer to have them sent out for repair for you free of charge depending on how long you've owned them.. or at the least offer you 40% off another pair. Good luck! Hope it works out for you!

ooo good idea! I've done that with bags but never thought to do that with shoes.
