Question about internet service if you don't have a landline
For those that don't have a land line, who do you use for internet service? I am seriously considering dumping Verizon as my landline and internet provider.

Unfortunately there aren't too many choices - you can use verizon or cablevision/time warner if you want a high-speed cable connection. Otherwise you can try DSL.
Dealing with all these companies is a big pain.

I don't have a landline - we get our internet through comcast, which is the local cablevision provider. DH is dreaming of switching to FIOS, but I kindly reminded him that in our neck of the woods, it probably isn't even available yet 
God, I miss NY...

there is also satellite, but it is way expensive compared to cable/fios/verizon.

We have Cablevision for everything....
When we moved into this apartment, we were screeeweeed over by Verizon, I would never use them again.

Cablevision - cable and internet service
we don't have a "land-line" b/c we just use our cell-phones...when and IF we speak to people...

We have Comcast too for everythng

TV
Internet.
We had verizon in NY and it STUNK! Customer service was useless too!
