question about newborn head tilt/torticollis
DS is almost 3 weeks. He usually keeps his head turned to the same side. i forgot if this is normal at the beginning or no. dont know if i should worry about torticollis yet. He can hold his head up, and I can turn his head both way, but if left alone, he keeps it turned ot the same side. in bassinett, he turns it to same side too.

Re: question about newborn head tilt/torticollis
That happened to DS too. The Dr. had me freaking about it. But we just rotated his head when he slept. I rolled a lil receiving blanket and tucked it under the fitted sheet and then laid him on it. The tilt had him sleep one way then the next night change it. My dr. said "more tummy time" Yea right guy! DS HATEd tummy time. He is 5 months tomorrow and he is fine now. So do the best you can with rotating how he sleeps and do neck stretches in the way of the one he doesnt favor.
