Question about quitting smoking (new medicine?)
What is the name of that new medicine that came out to assist in quitting smoking (My dh wants to quit) 
I know someone on here posted about it a few months back, TIA

There is a brand new one. The commercial with the tortoise and the hare. I have to google the name. It's Chantix or something like that.

Chantix has a whole support group on their web site. My sister had success with it for awhile . She has bladder cancer and just can't
kick her habit She now smokes filter tip cigars.
Just like any addiction if you stick to the program and have the desire it works!

I did it cold turkey 7 months ago but it was not my first attempt.
And as of now I feel great and have minimal urges.

Me too! I quit in 1996 and stayed smoke free for most of this time, except for a few slip ups during very stressful times.
