We sent announcements out with our new address and phone numbers to all our friends and family.

We moved into our house around the time of our wedding, so we included a little note with the thank you's with our new contact info.
I have gotten quite a few though from friends & family & love the idea!

I thought it would be nice to do that, but when it actually happened, I was just too busy. Still am--we are expecting December 1st, so I may note our new address and phone number with the birth announcement.
I did send an e-mail to a lot of people I know.

I've gotten two in the mail in the last year and I plan to send them out after we move in to our new house.
ETA - Since we didn't do a photo thank you card for our wedding and were married in August, we'll probably put some wedding pics on it and something like "New House, New Beginning" and our info... at least, that's the idea of THIS hour.

Yes I did them! Sonic Stef designed them and then I had them printed at cardstore.com

We sent them out after we were in our new place for 1 month.

We did 
I like to get them when other people move so I sent them out. It also included our cell numbers, e-mail addresses, etc. It was holiday time so it is a good time for people to update their address books.

We closed in December but didn't move in until January. So when we sent out our Christmas cards we included a little slip that said "as of January 1 we've moved to..."

We moved in December, so on the inside of our card I wrote our new address. And on the outside I put the new address label with "We've Moved!" underneath.
