Question about trigger shot
I got the ovidrel trigger shot on Sept. 2nd in the morning.
How long after the shot do you typically ovulate? If I wanted to take a HPT when should I do it? I'm going in for my Beta on the 20th

I believe its within 24-36 hours of the shot that you will ovulate
i've usually gone in for my Beta 14 days after the IUI (which was the day after the shot)
i believe its about 10 days for the shot to be out of your system and not give you a false positive on an hpt

I o 24 hours after0i feel it like tons of pressure...I would say if your betas on the 20th, you can test on the 17th...

most people O about 36 hours post trigger.
for me it took about 6-7 days to be out of my system. if you are testing you should wait at least 10 days after the trigger to be sure its out of your system, but overall you should wait til AT LEAST 12DPO if you are going test early!!
