Question about wisdom teeth pulling...
If i want my wisdom teeth pulled what kind of dentist do i have to go to? An oral surgeon?

I went to my regular dentist. I took a whole xanax, brought my ipod, had 7 shots of novicaine. 15-20 minutes later it was all over.

I went to my regular dentist. I took a whole xanax, brought my ipod, had 7 shots of novicaine. 15-20 minutes later it was all over.
my regular dentist doesnt do it so i have to find someone else in the plan. there's just so many different types of dentists that i get confused 
definitely bringing my ipod when i go!!!

my regular dentist doesnt do it so i have to find someone else in the plan. there's just so many different types of dentists that i get confused
definitely bringing my ipod when i go!!!
Don't forget the xanax..if you don't have it just take two extra strength tylenol.

I got all 4 of mine out at the same time by an oral surgeon. I was put out cold!

My dentist pulled out one of my wisdom teeth right in the office with nothing more than 1 shot of novocaine - with no epinephrine in it because I was 5 months pregnant 
The only time I saw an oral surgeon to get one out was when it was impacted.

Damn! Mine were sideways too! I could only drink beer and barely shove pizza in my mouth for a month! I lost 30 pounds!

There is a great oral surgeon in Coram (He's very good looking too). He did mine. I didn't go to sleep though...did the novacaine route, and all was fine. If you need his name FM me.

you kinda did!  lol!
my 2 bottom ones are impacted and my 2 top ones are out with no problems. my regular dentist can do the 2 top ones but he said i need to go out for the impacted ones. im sooooo scared!
