Question about yogurt?
Is fat free yogurt okay to eat? I bought a few low fat ones, but I just can't eat them. I'm so used to the fat free ones.

Re: Question about yogurt?
I would check the list of ingredients to make sure there is no aspartame in it.
I have been eating Yo Mommy yogurt-- which has 100 calories and comes in like 4 flavors.

They have it at the A&P by me... But, I don't live on LI. I first saw it at an organic store though. It's the same company that makes YoBaby!-- which I have def seen in a lot of supermarkets.

Re: Question about yogurt?
I'd prefer to avoid artificial sweeteners, but fat free is fine....
I'm a full-fat greek yogurt girl though (fage peach is my fav!)
