I'm currently on maternity leave and I'm not 100% sure if I'm going to return to my job.

My pension vests around the time I may want to resign, but I'm nervous that my co. may pull the pension if I give notice before my vesting date.

For example - let's say my pension vests April 15th -- but I want to make it so April 16th is my last day so I give my two wks' notice on April 1st. IF my co. decides to take my resignation and tells me to leave that day instead of working my two weeks' notice, will I still be entitled to the pension?

I really am up in the air about returning, but I'm worried about this.
