How is the quality of the furniture you bought?

I bought furniture from JCP and it's holding up well. We've had it for 3 yrs and DS#2 is now using it. The only thing I would have done differently is not getting pine.... Its a softer wood, so there are some parts of the rail with teeth marks from DS#1.

This is the set I have and we are very happy with the quality. We haven't used it yet so I don't know how it holds up, but it seems sturdy!!

We got my dds from BRU.. the first one was a horror.. Wendy Bellismo found out here on lif that this specific crib had problems and finally they did a recall on parts. Got the new parts and one day i was under my dds crib to get a paci and found one of the legs was bent and about to collapse.. I fought BRU to take it back and give me refund on crib and changing table since it would be difficult to get a matching crib to the changing table. They finally agreed to take back.. then the manager had the nerve to say "well wendy bellismo quality is cr@p and dont recommend it.".. my question to her is "if so why do you sell it? and also why did you give me such a hard time and want me exchange the broken crib for the same crib??"..
Well i ended up only getting store credit and bought Baby Italia.. Quality is 1000% better and no problems. Im getting the same baby italia crib for baby #2.

Babi Italia, sold at BRU, is owned by Bonavita, which makes excellent furniture. I bought a Bonavita set and compared the Babi Italia sets and found that they were both excellent choices.

We got the Jardine crib and armoir from BRU. In the end, I am not totally impressed. My parents bought it for us so they wanted to buy it from BRU. I think it looks nice, but the quality is mid-grade (yet just as expensive as the rest). I would not consider it "real" furniture that will last us years and years...
