Question for those who Rent in a Complex
What utilities to you pay?
When we rented in Florida we paid Electric and cable/phone.
Do you pay oil/gas/water?

We pay for none of those. Our Heat is included in the rent. We pay Electric....but we have a gas stove so its not too much.

when we lived in an apartment building, we paid for electricity, cooking gas, cable but water and heat were included.

I rented a townhouse in a complex and had to pay gas, electric and of course cable and phone.

We paid for gas (cooking only) and electric and cable. Heat and hot water was included.
