Questions for Hospital Tour?

I have my hospital tour tonight--- anyone have some good questions to ask?? Or, do you just wing it?

i didnt ask any questions but you can ask

-is there a place DH can shower if needed?
-vending machines for DH to get snacks from?
-Do they have internet?
-Can you plug stuff in your L&D room/recovery room?
-I was told DH will not want to use the bathroom in the L&D room, so ask were closest "public" bathroom is for him...
-Do they have birthing balls? (if you wanted to try it out)
-Any special hospital procedures/standards/policies you should be aware of...

On our tour, I felt they told us everything... out of 22 ppl on the tour no one had questions

not sure what else to ask.. anything that comes to mind that you feel you may need for your own comfort...

i asked if there was a time in labor where they would not admit you, like if you're too early....I know some ppl are sent away bc they're considered too early in labor, so wanted to know if they do that...

i cant think of any, they are usually pretty good with covering all the basis. Maybe parking?

Don't know but if you forget anything on yours I'll ask at mine since we're both delivering at the same place.

They may tell you this without asking but- At my hospital, depending on what time you go into labor ( ex- after 10pm etc) they will tell you whether to use the emergency room entrance or the main entrance - because sometimes the main entrance is closed ...
