Quick question about grieving taxes

I grieved with Mark Lewis a month ago and I got a postcard in the mail saying they couldn't do anything.

My question is... can I try again with another company?

Yes you can. However, tax grievances are not retroactive if you didn't file. So, if Mark Lewis filed for the 2011/12 tax year and your grievance and petition was denied for that year, you can't re-file for the 2011/12 tax year. You can try with someone else for the 2012/13 tax year.

if it was denied, you have to wait until the next year.

If it was only a month ago I would think that you didn't actually greive but that they did an analysis and determined your home is assessed correctly and not worth their time to persue.
