when in doubt always get the swing that has more for the baby to look at! as they get older you will appreciate it 
so to that end i would pick #2

I have the lamb one and its adorable. It also matches the decor of  room. I read the reviews and they seem to positive.

I think the first one is plug in, is the second?
If not, then I would go for number 1-these thing suck up a lot of batteries.
