Random?? Favorite kind of cheese?
I love cheddar. Sharp, extra sharp, mild, NY style, yellow, white, Vermont....
My nickname is Heddar Cheddar.
I also love artisanal goat cheese, marinated fresh mozz and sometimes provolone. My FH loves slices of processed American cheese...I can't stand it!

Although, I did have some cheese when I was in France that did just about make me gag... so I guess I did meet 1 cheese I didn't like!

for mild creamy moments: cantal
cheese to eat with ham sandwiches: dutch parano
for melting: the classic gruyere emmenthal combo
favorite cheese EVER? well, if you ever go to portugal, you are greeted at every restaurant with this unpasteurized young round flat cheese (illegal in the US). don't know the name, but it is gorgeous

I love almost every kind of cheese. I grew up in a house where my dad bought all the strangest cheeses you could think of from odd little ethnic and gourmet markets.
My favorite for spreading on a cracker is Brie.
My favorite hard cheese for just grabbing a slice and noshing is sharp cheddar or a strong stilton.
My favorite for cooking and making sauces, etc.. is gruyere.

I can't pick one 
I guess I would say Brie and Goat cheese. Australia has some really good Brie and Camembert.
I also like cheddar, as long as it is white, and gouda. Yum!
ETA: Just thought of my favourite cheese, Le Explorateur.
