WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE KIND OF CHEESE?
If you were to sit down and eat a piece of cheese, all by itself, what is your favorite?
I personally LOVE cheese and I love muenster cheese!!! I am eating a piece right now!

Any, all! Brie, Cheddar, Fresh Mozz, Goat, Gorganzola, Munster....
It really depends on my mood and what I am eating it with but if I HAD to choose one...probably Goat Cheese

I would have to say either Jarlsberg, provolone, chedder, mozzerella, port wine. Any of the above would be fine!

Port Salut is one of my favorites. But I love Brie, Goat, Feta, Muenster, Cheddar, Pepper Jack.....the list goes on and on.

Really sharp cheddar
manchego
other hard cheeses that I can eat on their on.
soft cheese and sliced cheese I like to eat, but with something...except maybe fresh mozzarella.

VERY hard to choose just one, since I LOVE all cheese, but if I HAD to choose, it would be fresh mozzarella that had just been made (the best are from Uncle Giusseppe's in St. James and Salpino III in Wantagh) or a just opened piece of polly-o- only the ends, or "butt pieces" as I call them
