Random Q- If someone wouldn't normally invite you to a party, should they invite you to one where the person is selling stuff, like Pampered Chef?

no, no and no.
my friends recently got married and keep talking about having us over for a housewarming party but so far all i've gotten was an "invitation" to a tupperware party which was nothing more than a catalog stuffed inside an envelope.
i was so irritated i didn't even RSVP.

I think it's rude, it's like saying you're not good enough to socialize with, but come and buy some of my stuff so I can make money off of you....I would make up an excuse and not go ITA and I wouldn't go

So go for the party. Eat all of her food, talk to her guests. Don't buy a thing.
