I'm going to be greedy and say no...after taxes, $13k is not enough to deal with the grow-out and in-between stages...not to mention all the product needed for those stages (I've had hair at every length, the shortest being a super short pixie).
I would do it though, for $50k and up 
I love your after taxes approach....
I assumed there would be no taxes taken out 
Yeah - this isn't reality - who said anything about taxes????
