I have 2 couches, not yet 2 years old, They are chenille and have not held up well at all. All my other furniture from there no complaints

I have a chenille couch from fortunoff and it hasn't held up well either, so must be that fabric

we have living room tables from there - have had them for about 3.5 years with no complaints. we also bought a sofa, loveseat, coffee table and entertainment center for our den about a year ago... no complaints so far. they were pleasant to deal with as well.

I have to say it's good. We have a bedroom set from there and it's excellent quality. But their stupid movers put holes in all my damn walls because they wouldn't listen to me!

I have a bedroom set and a dining set from there and I am not thrilled with the quality. The bedroom set is "Vaughn-Bassett" and I have no idea who makes the dining set. I love both sets but the quality is questionable. I already had to have the come fix a chair from the dining set because the seat popped right off...
ETA: The service with the protection plan is very good - so I am happy with that and very glad I got it - definitely get the protection plan if you shop there...

My bedroom set, dining room set and entertainment set are from R&F and I have had no problems with any of my pieces (they are all about 4 years old)

Our couch and chair are from there. They are microfiber and easy to clean. We have only had them 2 months but they are great with our kitty. Our other couch had pulls all over and you could definitely tell we had a cat. These couches have had no problems and look the same as they did when they were delivered.
