Ready to feed vs. powdered formula
So, I'm pumping and giving DS breast milk and supplementing with formula.
He has been extremely gassy and fussy when it comes to feedings lately, and a friend of mine told me that the formula I'm using (Similac Advance powdered) is very gassy compared to using ready to feed. Did anyone else find this? When I called the pediatrician about it they said it really made no difference.
Thanks

In the same boat in that Ann has been EBF (breast & bottle) btu since back to work my supply has gone down and had to supplement. Gave her the Similac Early Shield Advance powder mxed with BM and hours later threw it all up. Changed over to the RTF and hasn't thrown up but up until last night has been VERY fussy and thinking it's from being gassy. But who really knows!!!
