they very well could be having trouble selling (I hear the FL market is cooling) and offering a deal (Money Mag just recently had an article saying this is becoming more common)
but the disclaimer pretty much says, everything we said above, may not happen. If I was really interested, it might be worth the speal they give you as long as you can be strong to resist the sales techniques
