Thought about Beechhurst Towers after I posted. I asked because my girlfriend is looking in La Havre.
Call Nelly from Power Realty (718) 747-0411 she actually works & lives there so she would always be available.

she has most listings in Cryder and knows that area well so I know she has buyers , she was just telling me inventory was low at Cryder so maybe her buyers would be interested in your building since it is right next door! GOOD LUCK
