Real Estate Agent Recommendation?
Hello all!
My fiance and I are looking to sell his house and purchase a new home together. My fiance got "screwed" when he purchased his house so we are looking for a pleasent experience. We have not began this process yet but would like to do so soon.
Can anyone recommend a real estate agent that is large enough to sell/buy a house for us? Please don't recommend your friend/relative/neighbor. We would like to work strictly off of positive feedback that you have experienced when you bought/sold your house.

We used a women Sai when we bought our home in 07 and looooved her! She was super professional and was no bullsh*t and straight to the point which was very important to us! She didn't waste any of our time with houses that weren't what we wanted, out of our price range etc. She was great with helping us negotiate offers and eveything!!!
I cannot tell you how happy I was after months of house hunting and going through many BAD real estate agents.

I have bought and sold with Kevin Eustace of Country Harbour Realty and i loved him!!
He's kind, patient, completely knowledgeable, trustworthy and not "salesman" like at all!!
When i sold my home - i had several different agents come by and i suggest this for anyone selling. You will get a feel for the agent and their plan of action and will help you feel confident in your decision.

we bought through Karin Hendricks at Coldwell Banker in Smithtown. She really worked for us. I would definitely recommend her.
