Realtor commission question
If we go with an Realtor who's commission will be 4% versus someone else whose is 5%, will this drastically hurt our chances of selling?

probably not. we interviewed 4 different companies. 3 were all 4% and 1 said 4.5-6% (depending on what kind of service we wanted)
we went with one of the 4% ones - and we get full service.

I don't think so at all. 4% is pretty typical. Now, if the 5% realtor offers TONS more in terms of marketing, etc., than the 4% one - that might make a difference. But, I wouldn't go by the percentage alone.
