Recommend your dog groomer in Easter Nassau/Wester Suffolk

I have been doing it but it's a bit too much.

The last groomer razor burned my dogs with 1 dog having to sleep on my DH in the LR chair for 3 nights and could not sit on his butt for 3 weeks. The other dog got an infection after the razor burn on his neck requiring a vet visit and antibiotics.

Needless to say, they have not seen a "professional" groomer for over 1 year.

I actually use scissors and give them an haircut but it's so time consuming.

My clippers are really crappy and dull. I looked into the $150+ clippers but not sure if it's not a waste of time.

So..... I am attempting to find a groomer. I need someone REALLY gentle and patient. They both have been traumatized last time and I need ot find someone who will not hurt them or razor burn them

Tinkerbell goes to a place called fluff and puff in hicksville. She's gone for almost 4 years now. DH's family brought/brings their dog there now too. They are good:)

I'm sorry for your doggies. That's awful. This will be my first time taking my dog to a groomer. My sister has one that comes right to the house. she loves them. I will get the number for you tomorrow. I know there is one right in Babylon Village next to the Express Dry cleaners across from Gino's pizza that a lot of people go to. I just cant remember the name.
Then someone else told me they love Sharon's Ark in West Islip right on the South service road of Sunrise hwy. It's the Higbie lane exit across from the car wash.

I love mine - we use a Mobile Dog Groomer. Abby is in and out within 25 mins.
