Re: Recommend your fave cookware

Thanks everyone! I do have a Lecrueset dutch oven that I LOVE but when I looked up the sets it was very expensive. Maybe I'll just start adding pieces slowly rather than go in for a whole set at once. For those that love it, which one of their pans do you use most?
Homegoods surprisingly has great prices on Le Crueset pieces! I use the grill pan & the Dutch oven all the time.

Re: Recommend your fave cookware
I was a manager at cookware store last year and oddly enough my pick is...Emeril's nonstick cookware line. It was actually made from the company who makes All Clad. I got a bunch of the pieces for free from my boss for product knowledge and I loved it so much that I bought additional pieces ( especially because they were red colored cookware ::drool::) when I could of had a big discount on much higher end items to choose from. I am too scared to cook with stainless steel lol So All Clad never tempted me. I would like to have some cooper pots and pans in the future because I think they are so pretty.

Honestly, if you don't want to spend an arm and a leg, I just got a ten piece Rachael Ray cookware set from QVC and I am loving it so far. The pasta pot and saute pan are oval, so spaghetti can lay flat. It was $170.
I have her set and the dutch oven and oval pot also. It isn't that expensive, but it works great! I have had mine for 6 years and now am looking to get a new set. I make almost 3 meals a day everyday in them and for the price I think they are awesome! I like that I can place them in the oven also.

I have and love my Calphalon Tri Ply Stainless Steel set. I have one non stick pan, but I replace that yearly and only use wooden utensils on it for health/safety reasons.

calphalon
there is a set by them, it's more money, but it is dishwasher safe - THAT is what i would have splurged on if i could do it all over again! it was like 200 dollars more than the set i got but wow it would have been worth it. honestly though, i'm just glad i have any of their sets - it is such great cookware so i suck up the hand washing
