Recommend your movers - preferably from NYC to Long Island
We are moving from the city to Huntington in August. Can anyone recommend their movers? We'd like to get away without spending a fortune.

Kens moving and storage in maspeth....not sure if they come to NYC though, give them a call.

When I moved from the Upper East side to Long Island a couple of years ago, we used Big John's Movers, and they were really good -- easy to deal with and the move went smoothly. And I think they were reasonable in price. They had an office right near us on 1st Ave in the low 80s.

we moved last friday from queens to suffolk and used Moving Right Along-
they were great
