I want to buy a book about feeding solids and making your own baby food. Do you ladies have any you recommend?
TIA!!

Yes, "Super Baby Food Diet" by Ruth Yarrow.
It gives a month by month breakdown of what to introduce when.
Has a lot of information and goes through toddlerhood.
The author is a mom of premie twins and was very concerned about additives, etc. At her DS's one year checkup, after following this diet, her ped said they were the healthiest babies he'd seen... not one sick visit all year and she had older children in the house.
It also tells you how to batch cook and freeze babyfood. Much cheaper, even when one does all organic, than store bought.
It's not time consuming if you cook and freeze in large batches like the book suggests.
