Any way to get this look, subtle without looking- loud and punk?
and do they have to strip my hair to do that?

Deb, you can do highlights or just do a gloss/toner.. it'll wash out gradually.
I LOVE that color BTW..

what Q posted is an actual highlight that involves having to bleach and then dye the hair..
