Red light cameras
Do the pictures get reviewed before a ticket is actually issued?
Twice in the past 2 days DH and I have been driving and we're pretty sure I set the camera off. Once, the light turned red and I was coming to a stop. I must have went maybe an inch or so over the line and I guess it took my picture. Next time I was making a right on red, which was allowed at that light, and it went off again.
If I do get these tickets can I fight them?

Yes, they claim they're reviewed by a human before issuing a ticket. When you get the ticket, you can find a link the video footage of you allegedly breaking the law--then you can decide if you want to fight it or not.
Unless you're 100% sure you didn't break the law, I wouldn't fight it. Since they can't prove who was driving you don't get any points on your license for these tickets. But if you fight it and lose, I believe you are issued points because you've admitted you were the driver.
