Red pimples on neck.
I assume its due to the heat but DS (1 mth old) has pimples and is a little red on his neck. What can I do for this?

back of the neck??? keep it dry see if it goes away.. probably is just rash from the heat. I wouldnt put anything on it until it gets worse or doesn't go away.

Re: Red pimples on neck.
DD gets this sometimes when it's too hot and she sweats a lot. I try to keep the area as dry as possible.

No, they are on the front of his neck..right underneathe his chin mostly. I guess I'll just leave it alone for now.
