Refinancing Question: beth?
Does having a piggyback mortgage make refinancing diffifcult/impossible? We took a small piggyback loan to avoid PMI and someone told my DH that it will be impossible for us to refinance with it.

it would be impossible if you house is worth less then what you owe on the 2 loans
