reflux moms...if prevacid didnt work
did you try something else?? up the dosage of prevacid??

DD was on Axid. I don't think that it did much after using it for over a month so I took DD off it. But, many parents rave about Axid. My DD just has a really bad case of reflux.

My DD started on Axid and then went on Prevacid which eventually worked. I think Prevacid is supposed to be step up from Axid and Zantac because it works differently. I think the dosage is done dependent on weight but I am not sure.
Prevacid eventually worked for my DD but it was a combo of the Prevacid, changing the formula and adding rice cereal to her bottle. Once she started solids the reflux completely went away

I agree. I think it just takes a while to kick in.

Nothing seemed to work for me except for sleeping in the carseat. Pedi suggested it an it worked like a charm  Good luck

it didnt work for us at all so i stopped using it ...
the best thing that worked for us was switching formula ..never looked back
