Removing Screen/Storm Doors
The door on the front (and the back of the house for that matter) needs updating and just looks bad. I actually have my landscapers here today, ripping out the small trees and replanting new shrubs so now you can actually SEE the house from the street. You literally couldn't see the front door from the street.
ANYWAYS, want to take off the screen door since the old homeowners never replaced the broken glass for the storm door and the screen door doesn't have much curb appeal anyway.
Is it hard-- do you need to refill with wood puddy or anything and repaint the frame?

Re: Removing Screen/Storm Doors
Removing the door is pretty easy. Just a bunch of screws (don't forget the screws holding in the shock at the top or bottom of the door)
You should fill the holes with either putty or caulk, just so water doesn't get into the wood.
The paint behind the old hinges will probably be either non-existent, a different color, or not as faded as the rest of the trim, so you'll probably need to paint as well.
