Restarting Alli
i was on alli last summer and lost 13 pounds in about a month and a half. gonna re-start this week.
is anyone else on the plan?

I've tried it on and off a few times, but never saw any results. Maybe if I was more consistent, it would be more effective.

i work for GI docs and they said it was fine. also checked with my PCP and he said it was fine to take also. depending on your weight and height, you are allowed a certain amount of calories and fat. i know a few people on it and they have lost a lot of weight.
