Restless Leg Syndrome??
Does anyone ever just lay in bed or sit and cant help but start wiggling their legs? LIke to get the shakes out or something? UGh, this is driving me crazy and i cant help but move them to make it feel better.. it doesnt hurt.. its just the need to move them..UUGH!! Is this like restless leg syndrome or something?!

Yup! I would get this when I wasn't pregnant, its worse now! I have to sometimes get up and walk around the room....

YES!! oh my goodness.. i had it very mild before pregnancy but now.. its more frequent! AHH! Anyone up for a run!?

I used to get it right before AF would come, and had it in the very beginning of being PG....but went away and hopefully won't come back!!!

I get this as well, especially when trying to sleep or sitting on a plane for longer than 5 hours!
Did some research on Mayo Clinic and found out why it happens and how to alleviate the problem.
Causes of RLS
RLS Treatment
For me, doing leg stretches and walking about works to alleviate it somewhat.

I've suffered with this too since childhood, but lately at night it's been really bad. I usually do leg stretches and pray for it to pass.
