resume writing services- anyone use one
I am wondering if it is worth it to have my resume rewritten by one of these servies. I got a free critique from a service and they ripped it to shreds basically--meanwhile I thought it was good.....anyway, they made some great suggestions but the cost was pretty substantial in my opinion. I'm willing to make the investment but not sure if it relaly makes a big difference and don't know anyone who has used a service?

I have and it made such a difference in my responses. It just happened that I had already sent my old resume out to my last job before I got the redone one.
I went to someone in the city (where i live). It wasn't cheap, but I definitely got a tremendous response to the new resume. In fact, at one interview the interviewer kept raving about my resume.
