Roasted Potatoes
I usually make them using the Lipton Onion mix but am looking for some new ideas on how to make them.........

I've made them using the good seasons italian dressing mix and also with a seasoning from williams sonoma, it's called potlatch. It has a little kick to it and it's really yummy for roasted potatoes. My MIL makes hers with some adobo and pepper

I tried making them a couple diff ways - diff spices and seasonings - butter or olive oil.
I keep going back to the Lipton Onion Soup way, IMO, it's the best way.

2 tablespoons olive oil or butter or margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Combine the ingredients and drizzle over potatoes. Yummy!
