Romantic Restaurant
Any suggestions? We live in Nassau but will travel a bit(but want to stay on LI).
We have reservations in the city for dinner and I need to cancel them because my DH just found out he has to work saturday in the city til about 6 - he has no place there to change and shower so we are going to stay on LI. Thanks

The Palm Court at Carlton in the Park (in Eisenhower) is very nice.
It's small, but the Ivy Cottage in East Williston is romantic.

Very expensive but I love the Mill River Inn in Oyster Bay.
eta: We went to Morton's in Great Neck for our Anniversary this year. When I made the reservation they asked if we were celebrating an event, so I told them.
When we got there the menus were personalized with our names & they had confetti on the table

Love The Ivy Cottage. My bridal shower was there. Very romantic, the food is awesome! Definitely make a reservation.

The American Hotel in Sag Harbor...pricy but wonderful...Or the Jedediah Hawkins Inn in Jamesport. Gorgeous and delicious!
