Wow- if you have read what I have posted- it was to keep your hope ups and take control of your care- at rsny or somewhere else. My experience have not been the greatest but better than what I had before. It was up to me to make the best of it. That's all. This is out of control.

I read a lot. I love to give positive reviews to all that I have had any types of services with.
I was told by another patient to look into this vent.

Woah, hold up here. Not about bad vibes....it's about bad practices that should never occur. I had a emotionless doctor that sat without giving me so much as a tissue say, yeah, well your're probably going to have a miscarriage again, see you in a week to make sure.....that made me disgusted. I sat for 2-3 hours at a time for blood work....that made me disgusted. I was forced to tell my boss I was pregnant before my first MC because I was constantly late for work because of the insane wait times...I had to tell her before my FAMILY....that made me disgusted. If someone is going to make a choice about where to go or comiserate about the things we are seeing it's our right to share. I did complain both to my RE and OB (who sent me there to start and HE was disgusted) As I said, the nurses couldn't be nicer, I did love my RE, she was kind and very helpful but MY experience overall was not a good one and posts like the original post as well as many others, which I chose to ignore at first when I wanted to stay positive and keep going, really just all rang true. You are very blessed to have two healthy little ones. If they are the ones that brought them to you, that is a wonderful thing. I hope anyone going to any office gets the baby they so desperately long for. I have been gaining a positive attitude because I now feel like I'm in a positive practice with a positive doctor. Im actually not "hormonal" anymore but seeing things a lot more clearly. It's my opinion, my experience and people can do with it as they may. If your 5th post is a rebuttle, enjoy because I for one am not entertaining it, I said my piece.
As for people getting scared off....my experience was just that, it doesn't mean it will be yours. But I feel it would be remiss not to share when there seems to be an overwhelming amount of people having the same troubles. This journey is exhausting and physically/mentally painful enough. Always go with your gut ladies. Good luck and to you all no matter where you go.

I have two beautiful girls. Keeping positive is key. I believe that no matter which office you go to, as "hormonal" women we are going to find something wrong.
Remember you are the patient and have a voice. Insults are a sign of weakness. Instead of complaining- why not speak up and find a solution to make your treatment better. If that includes changing md's then do it but I can bet you that a month later you will be complaining about them too. I have been in your shoes. Changing your attitude might work. Be nice and strong.

Clearly you work there. Like you would have such a vested interest in a clinic to write all this and knock women who had issues with your "past" clinic down. Ok. We buy your story.

Wow, you really are something else. I'm angry for a lot of these girls that I have grown to know, some in real life. Who are you to jump on here out of nowhere and call these girls hormonal when you have NO idea what they have been through? It's very clear that you work there and nobody is taking you seriously. It's not about positivity vs negativity. It's about supporting one another and sharing experiences.

Your final straw was signing off your last post "mother of two and a half". Low low low blow. Rubbing it in some of these girls faces that not only do you already have two kids but you're pregnant again. You're the lowest of the low. Stay off these boards and away from these girls

I wanted to check this post because I can't believe how bad this practice has become. It's sad. When I first started my journey, Rs was the place to be, so to speak. So many recommendations and babies born from there. And I had a pleasant experience (mind you, I was in Suffolk county - much different then Nassau) No baby, but pleasant experience.

Trust your gut. If you feel it's wrong. If you're being mistreated. If your doctor isn't listening to you - That's #1. If they are no listening and just talking AT you, LEAVE! That holds true for any doctor. They are there to listen to you and what you need. This is your body. Your family you want to expand. It's all about YOU. Not THEM!

Just know even though I'm not here all that often, I am always thinking of you guys and I check in on time to time to see how you are all doing. MAY 2015 MAKE THIS ONE EMPTY BOARD!!!!!

I'm so sorry someone like that comes on and riles everything up. She clearly works there orhas family working there. I hope she goes and tells them everything that has been discussed. That is a definition of a true loser.

I hope all of you don't listen to a damn word she says. We have all been positive, hopeful, supportive etc. we are allowed to vent,complain especially to each other because nobody besides us gets what we're going through. Wasn't this thread specifically named RS of NY vent?
This threadwas not to scare anyone who is currently there but to make sure you are aware and informed. If so many of us have had a negative experience there, something is clearly wrong with that office. You take the information and do what you want with it. ;)
Her last comment almost put me over the edge. Peace out mother of two and a half? What a cruel thing to say. But then I realized just how pathetic and immature she is. Karma will get her.
I wish all of you nothing but the best no matter where you get pregnant. Some of us have longer journeys than others and I prayyou all hang in there and never give up but most important, be your own advocate!!!!!

After reading what NYUchic posted, I truly hope that she doesn't work there. The thought of someone who works for an infertility practice saying the things she said is truly bothersome.
