runny nose 3.5 month old?
anything else we can do other than saline drops and aspirator? Should I call ped?

Do you have a humidifier in the room? That might help. If it's just a runny nose, it's probably just a cold. If there's coughing, I'd call the ped. (But that's just me!)

Same-just runny nose, you're doing what you can. If DC is stuffed up - you can run a shower and bring him/her into bathroom when it steams up. Also humidifier like PP said. Hope DC feels better!

sleep slightly upright, like in carseat, or stroller, it will help her breathe better, if she's having trouble.
