What can I do for my coughing/runny nose 4 month old?
He is so sad! I feel like he cant breathe when he is eating and when he sucks on the binky. What can I do to help him sleep easier. I am running the cool mist humidifier and using the aspirator but what else?

Agreed, I used it all the time when DS had a cold and it really helped! My ped also recommended sitting in the bathroom with the hot shower running so he could breathe in the steam. I would sit in the bathroom with DS for about 10 minutes at a time with him just in a diaper so he wouldn't overheat.
If possible, have DC sleep on an incline. I rotated the bouncer, swing, and carseat with DS....he was so congested that he was waking up almost every hour because he couldn't breathe  
Don't overdo it with the aspirator. Sometimes when you use it too much, the nasal tissue gets inflamed and makes it even harder for them to breathe.
Finally, my ped said that for colds, a steam vaporizer works better than the cold mist humidifier. I went out to CVS and bought the Vicks one, I think it was about $15.
I hope your DC feels better soon  it's so sad when they're sick!

Vick's Baby Rub. It's like Vick's Vapo Rub but for babies. I have not purchased it in quite a while so check te label, but I am pretty sure it is ok for babies at 4 months old.
It helped my son with the cough and the congestion.
