salary??
i go for my new hire interview at the end of the month. when i applied for the job the posting said "x" amount of dollars per hour. do they have to stick by that or can they offer lower??

i'm pretty sure since its in writing that they have to stick with it. if they try to lowball you then you can always say "thanks but no thanks".

the posting is not an offer, so i do not see how they are bound to stick by it. it doesn't look good if they don't but they have no legal obligation to stick to it.
