salmon

Per DH's request we are having salmon tonight.....any good ways of preparing it?

probably a little late, but I'll add mine anyway!

I usually season and cook on the grill, but our back deck is still covered in snow, so last Friday, I made honey baked salmon. I put oil in a pan, put it on the oven until the oil was hot, then placed the salmon filets, skin side down, in the oil, and covered the salmon with honey. Then I drizzled chopped pecans over the top. Bake at 400 degrees until fish is flaked and opaque. It was delicious!
