Salsa Chicken- Crockpot recipe ?

I saw everyone raving about this on the crockpot thread, and I'm going to give it a go tomorrow night.

2 questions:

1) Do you add anything else to it, like water or broth? It seems like there wouldn't be enough liquid in the crockpot.

2) What do you serve with it? i was thinking yellow rice. Any other suggestions?

You can serve it over rice or just put some black beans and corn in and call it a day.

What's the recipe? How long do you cook it?

The first time I made it, it was definitely a little dry. The second time I added water (about a cup to start and I added more later if I thought it needed it), and another jar of salsa at the very end. SO much better the second time around.

I follow the recipe exactly and haven't had a problem. I serve it with flour tortillas, rice and black beans. I use the leftovers for chicken enchiladas.
