Selling jewelry
I know this topic has come up a lot lately on here, but I need some advice.
My ex had given me a white gold belly ring with 2 diamonds in it. He paid $1,200 for it 4 years ago. I'll never wear it again, and I was wondering how to sell it. Is it unsanitary because it's body jewelry?
If not- how do I even find out how much it's worth now?
Anyone know where to go?

Maybe ask a jewler? I had a white gold and diamond bracelet I wanted to sell...I went to the jeweler I sold my other gold to..he said he didn't want to buy it..he wasn't interested in the diamonds (jewelers will not resell a piece they just melt down the gold, but I guess it wasn't even worth it to him to bother)..so I asked him to just give me an idea of what I could get for it...so he gave me a price and I went to a pawn shop (they will buy and sell the piece as is) and he gave me the same price the jeweler did.....HTH!!
