ETA: For me, I think it comes from the fact that I grew up with my Dad and 3 older brothers, so it was commonplace in my house, and then my husband's family is all men, so it's just a given!
Me too... My older brother continues to try and fart ON me. One time he farted on my head - at a block party.

Farts are always funny. I have said it before and I will say it again. Farts are ALWAYS funny. Shoot, DH and I were hysterical the first time our little one audibly broke wind. She had a grin on her face a mile wide!

dh and i have never done it in front of each other. I just find it nasty, that's just me. but when our ds does it, mind you, he's 1, we think it's so funny, but then of course, he doesn't know any better. As for me and dh, I think there should be some mystery left.

I don't either, but it's much to my husbands dismay. He would LOVE for me to do so. Now that I'm pregnant, I just can't help it though sometimes, and he always makes a point especially at night in bed to say "niiiiiiiiiiice" but then again, this is a man who will pull his own finger!

i never found farts funny until I started living with DH
he would always fart and then look at me to see my face when i heard it or smelled it. and he would bust out laughing because i would be grossed out.
now i do that to him its a disgusting cycle! i'm becoming more gross the longer we are together
