Re: Sesame place at 8 mos pregnant
I remember Sesame Place being pretty small. We spent most of our time watching shows and hanging out at the water attractions. I wasn't pregnant at the time and I still spent a lot of the time lounging around the chairs. I think it is totally doable!
Only thing is you said you are due in early July. In June, you will be 9 months pregnant!
If I were you, I'd take DD to Great Wolf now since they are indoors. Then go to Sesame Place at the end of the summer. JMO.

HATED Sesame Place. I thought it was filthy. Also, you can do Great Wolf whenever, you do not even have to wait until you are 8 months p/g. We loved Great Wolf
ETA: we went to Sesame about 7 yrs ago, donot know if it has changed. We stayed overnight and were going to go back the second day. We actually left and went home early. We were with 3 families that ALL wanted to leave early.
Wow - this wasn't our experience AT ALL. We were there in 2009 - perhaps a lot changed since you were there, but it was not at all dirty or worn out 2 summers ago.
This is what I was going to say. It was actually quite the opposite then they described.

ITA...we love Sesame. DS really loves the character lunch (not the food lol)
we went at the end of June and I was due early August, just about 8 mos preggo. It was tiring and hot but it the park is fairly small, has lots of water to cool off, and the smile on ds was well worth the day of walking

Re: Sesame place at 8 mos pregnant
I went last June, it was about 95 degrees out, I was 33 weeks pregnant and I would go again in a heartbeat! I was shot the next day but it was so worth it. My son was 21 months at the time. Just to watch his reaction to these characters in person made me cry. If you do decide to go you have to do the character breakfast or lunch. The food isn't good but the characters come and greet all the kids and you can take pictures. I loved Sesame and we'll probably go again this summer. I didn't find the park dirty at all.

I vote for no Sesame Place..........it was a filthy, tiny, boring, skanky cr@p hole. I would NEVER go back. Waste of money. Go to Great Wolf Lodge. Much cleaner and nicer. Seriously, Sesame was a HUGE disappointment.
See, I didn't think this at all. It was a regular amusement park to me, with some characters walking around.
The character breakfast didn't have 5 star food, but the characters right there was awesome.
The shows were all super cute. So was the parade. For a one day trip it was perfect.
we went with DD this past summer she was almost 2.5 and had a BLAST! There were plenty of rides for her to go on. DH even snuck her on the little roller coaster that you had to be 3 to go on! she went on it twice! we went at the end of august so it was really crowded but i would def go back in a couple years when DD #1 is older and the baby is about 2. The parade is great too and they have cute shows that the kids loved. You have to do the character breakfast ! we got great pics and DD was SO excited to see the characters! The food is def not great, but we didn't starve and that wasn't the point of the trip :)

I know this isn't one of your options, but you might want to consider a trip to Dutch Wonderland in the PA Dutch country. It's clean, there's a lot for little kids, and you can combine it with more low-key activities in the surrounding area. We LOVED it there.

Re: Sesame place at 8 mos pregnant
We went several times last summer to Sesame Place since we were season pass holders and at the time I was very pregnant with #2 (30+ weeks pregnant), DS was 22 months and we had great experiences there, not at all what was described. It's what you can expect from an amusement park. It's a perfect day trip and very do-able since it's not too much walking at all and there are plenty of chairs to sit and lounge on all day long.

Re: Sesame place at 8 mos pregnant
I think it's a bad idea. Between being far away from home and your doctors and hospital - to the walking in the heat - I wouldn't risk it
