Re: Sesame Place while Pregnant
As PP stated- it depends on you. I felt great up until the day I delivered. I could have done it.
I was waiting and waiting to feel like cr@p like everyone else said they did around 35-36 weeks but it never hit me.
Only the day or two before I went into labor I felt a little uncomfy- up peeing all night, shooting pain down my thigh, but other than that, I was fine.
So it really depends on how you feel, how you carry etc

Sesame Place while Pregnant
Depends. I would have done it but I felt fine my last pregnancy. I actually was at a bachorette party running around at bars all night a day before I had my son.

Re: Sesame Place while Pregnant
I did it while I was around 34/35 weeks with DS2. We had a blast! In my opinion it's mostly a water park so we spent a lot of time in the huge sprinkler/water slide area. I didn't go down the water slides but I was in there getting sprayed with water and just having fun. I couldn't go on the rides with my DS so DH did those. It was definitely doable for me. I went to 40w3d but was induced early with DS1 bc of pre-e. I also flew to FL the week before at 33 week. I felt great my whole pregnancy and DS2 was almost 9lbs.
Have fun!!

Sesame Place while Pregnant
With my first pregnancy I would have done it. I felt great the entire time.
With this pregnancy - there is no way in hell I would do it. I am 34 weeks and have been experiencing terrible back pain and stomach cramping when I walk or stand for extended periods of time. More recently, standing or walking for 10 minutes gives me severe back pain. Now my feet are swelling too.
I would just go with how you are feeling. Drink lots of water and take breaks when you need to. You won't be able to ride any rides so when your DH is on a ride - take that time to sit down and relax.

Re: Sesame Place while Pregnant
I went to DW at 7 months pregnant and was fine. It was hot but I made it. I don't think I would go at 36 weeks though--I feel it is cutting it close.

Sesame Place while Pregnant
I did it. Went at beginning of August with my then 20 month old. I was 35 weeks. We went slow. Planned the day. Did a character lunch mid day to break it up and offer me a have to sit. I was able to ride some of the kiddie rides with my DS. I chose not to do water rides, but that was just us. We also planned show times to break up the day.
It was hot and I was careful to drink a lot and sit when I could.
If you are having an uneventful pregnancy I would say go!

Re: Sesame Place while Pregnant
We are taking DS in a few weeks and I will be 32.5 weeks. I figured I can sit and rest when they are on lines for rids and on rides.
by the way, you can buy a 50% off ticket if you are pregnant (since you can't do many rides and stuff). You just can't buy it on line, you have to do it at the park.
Look at the FAQ's on their site for more info!
