i've heard that if you stand on a towel in your bare feet and try to scrunch the towel up by curling your toes that it helps...

There really is no way to stretch out shin splints. U need to take ice cubes & in small circular motions go up & down the shin. Unfortunately, u need to stretch before the run so u avoid shin splints.

Just be careful, I thought I had bad shin splints, I would be in bad pain after running so I would rest for 2 days before I ran again.
Fast forward to a month later of doing that and I needed to get an MRI and I find out tomorrow if I have a stress fracture

It's both legs though, so I hope it isn't a stress fracture!!!
How do I stretch them before running so they don't come back once they are gone???
